I have yet to find a Mexican restaurant that I absolutely love. There is a place that's a good contender, but it's across the bridge in Emeryville. Picasa's food is healthy, that's probably why it's more on the pricey side. Thinking of the corn quesadillas and carne asada tacos is making my mouth water.....
